"There is in every true woman's heart, a spark of heavenly fire, which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity, but which kindles up and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity." - Washington Irving

A little miracle
This morning Braedon brought me his empty cup of chocolate milk (carnation instant breakfast) and said "gone", "gone", "gone". I filled it back up and he was very happy. What a terrific morning. COMMUNICATION! That is one of the best communication points he and I have had. Just wanted to share.

Vacation
We recently had the opportunity to spend over a week up in Washington with my family. We were able to see my sisters, their boys, Karl, Aunt Linda and Uncle Gary, and my cousin Aaron and his family. The newest addition to the family, Aiden Bradley Asay Fleming, was blessed by Papaw. Braedon spent almost the enitre week outside playing with his cousin, Ethan. I saw Mama Mia! GO SEE IT!!! Dean discovered he needs golf lessons. And, finally, we had a great time and can't wait to head back up there in November.

Braedon and Ethan discovered that it is never too late to jump in the pool and play. Around 9:00pm they both jumped in and played for a good 30 minutes. Once their teeth started to chatter we all decided it was time to go inside.

I really love this picture.
Ethan can drive his jeep around like a regular car. Braedon tried it once but found he likes to be the passenger much more than the driver.
This is a great picture of Braedon and Reilly's cousin, Ethan.
Papaw and Aiden relaxing.
The boys first meeting around the play table at Nanny and Papaw's house.
