I am not one to pour my heart out online or in person, for that matter. Today is my 5th wedding anniversary and I thought I'd let you all know that.
Dean and I were married in the Manti Temple five years ago today. Unlike today, it was a beautiful 75 degree sunny day. We had so many friends and family members make the trip down to Manti. Some were in the Temple and some waited patiently outside. It was a great day.
Five quick years later it is raining. ;-) Happily, that is my favorite weather. We have two wonderful boys and a very busy life.
Dean is a great friend, husband, and father. I'm lucky I was able to trick him into an engagment. I am happy to share this great day with my Grandparents. They were sealed in the Manti Temple in 1956. They have both passed on, but they are still married so they get to celebrate this day as well.
So, Happy Anniversary Honey, Grandma, and Grandpa!
