Reilly and the poop

Reilly has recently learned how to take all of his clothes off. Usually, you can find Reilly without a shirt. That is a common thing in our house. When it is bath time, he will take all his clothes off. He pulls his t-shirt up over his head, pulls his pants down, and then works his diaper.

He takes both hands and, at the same time, flips the tabs off the sides of the diaper. He then grips the diaper with both hands and, in a rather dramatic fashion, rips the diaper through his legs and slings it high above his head. As if it was a trophy in some kind of victory.

That's all fine and dandy, unless there is poop inside. Dean found this out the hard way.

As Dean was filling the tub with water, Reilly decided to quickly undress. Dean looked up just in time to see a nice ball of poop fly across the room and slam into the side of the vacuum. Thwapt!! The bad part was it hit the hose on the vacuum, which is ribbed. He had to use a qtip to get all the poop out of the hose. Thank you Reilly.

We now check his diaper before we start the tub. I was surprised Dean was able to clean it up without throwing up. Me? I have no issues with poop messes. I've cleaned poop up from any place you could possibly think. It no longer bothers me. In fact, when Dean told me what happened I just laughed.
