Mama Chicken

When I picked Braedon up from school today he was very excited.  His teacher came over and explained he was able to hold the baby chicks in their classroom today.  He waited his turn and pet the little black and yellow chicks.  When I got into the car to head home, Braedon asks,
"Go get mama chicken from Mif"s?"
I asked him if he wanted some fried chicken from Smith's...
"Yep" was his reply.
I am glad to see that cute little baby chickens don't turn him off to eating chicken, like it would for most of us.
